Our staff are experts in what they do. From the team at work on Calleva Farm every day of the year, to the junior counselors who spend about 8 weeks of summer camp with us, we are proud to say that Calleva staff are amazing! Our 25 year-round, full-time employees work on a variety of projects at many different locations: farmers and tradesmen at our farm, full time educators and administrators in our main office, and outdoor guides & instructors in the field. In summertime, our team expands to nearly 200, including camp directors, activity instructors in every outdoor discipline, environmental educators, camp counselors, and junior counselors.
