Our camp staff members are much more than employees. You are quickly swept up into the family tree of Camp North Star. Steven and Brooke, our Owners/Directors, along with their leadership team are there for you every step of the way. They are friends, mentors and your family for your time at camp.

Job Requirements
Camp North Star is currently interested in adding outstanding individuals to our TEAM who are committed to providing our campers with the best and safest experience possible.
We currently have openings in the following areas -
Waterski Boat Drivers
Swim Instructors (qualified WSI)
Lifeguards (currently certified or able to obtain)
Outdoors Staff – Archery, Camping, Equestrian, Hiking, Mountain Biking, Outdoor Living Skills
Athletic Coaches – baseball, basketball, fitness, flag football, soccer, street hockey, tennis and volleyball
Enrichment Teachers – digital photography, ESL, journalism, radio broadcasting, rocketry, social media, video production and woodworking
Fine Arts Teachers – arts & crafts, ceramics, culinary arts, drawing, fabric arts, sculpture and stained glass
Performing Arts Teachers – dance, drumming, guitar, singing, theater production and theater and set design,
Ropes Course Staff
Waterfront Staff – swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, sailing and windsurfing
