Job Summary
- Transporting inter-office mail and small packages between State Office buildings.
- Flexible schedule of up to five days a week with up to 20 hours and possibly more hours.
- Maintaining the highest level of safety and customer service while working.
- Assisting the Operations Manager as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. (a carton of paper)
- Maintains a clean and professional personal appearance at all times.
- Maintains a clean and professional vehicle appearance at all times.
- The vehicle must be checked daily for any damage to the vehicle.
- Maintains contact & communication at all times with League Industries Supervisor and Transportation Coordinator.
- Occasional processing of direct mail at the post office.
- Provide bulk mail jobs to the post office and clients of League Industries.
- Develop a working knowledge of postal regulations and procedures for bulk mail.
- Demonstrate the Five Core Values of The League (Accountability, Participant Focus, Quality, Independence, and Mutual Respect
- All other assigned duties.
