•This is a full time position (40 hours per week)
•Working as a team with our Caretakers on light construction projects including:
•Replacing siding on structures
•Building gazebos and sheds
•Building bunk beds, tables, chairs and benches for the facility
•Indoor renovations (walls, ceilings and floors)
•Assisting our carpenter with projects
•General facility upkeep including:
•Weeding, sweeping, or shoveling walkways and paths
•Leaf removal and gutter care
•Garbage removal
•Snow removal
•Changing light bulbs and ceiling tiles
•Toilet, sink and shower repairs
•Light vehicle and machinery maintenance
•Cleaning and organization of work areas
•Driving a golf cart or gator responsibly
Benefits
•Pay is $13.00-$15.00 per hour depending on experience, however, no experience is necessary as our team is happy to train the right individual
•Expected hours: 40 per week
•8 hour shift
