DINING ROOM SUPERVISOR
RESPONSIBLE TO: Director of Food Services
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for the proper operation and cleanliness of the Dining Hall. This includes proper training and supervision of Grace Team Staff. Additionally, the Dining Hall Supervisor is responsible for the preparation of the Dining Hall for each meal and other events as necessary.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Give job assignments to Grace Team Dining Hall Staff.
- Ensure that the dining room and staff will be ready for meals to be served on time.
- Track USDA attendance logs.
- Control the entrance and dismissal of campers into and from the Dining Hall.
- Keep dining room clean, hospitality area, and galley clean and free from obstacles.
- Supervise outdoor eating spaces and the distribution of snacks.
- Assume other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Food Services Coordinator.
- Participate in and supervise campers during activities such as Evening Programs and Carnivals
- Be a positive and productive member of the camp staff including social relationships and care of camp property.
- Assist and share in other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Director Food Services
