Dishwasher/Kitchen Staff

1.    Wash pots and cooking equipment by hand as needed.
2.    Wash dishes by hand or machine, as needed.
3.    Periodically clean/stock bathrooms, dining hall, or kitchen areas, as needed.
4.    Remove trash as needed.
5.    May peel, cut, wash vegetables or assist in preparation of other foods.
6.    Keep dish washing area and floors clean.
7.    Help in any area of kitchen or dining room as requested by the Camp Cook, or Assistant Cook.
8.    Maintain temperature logs of dish washer, freezers, and refrigerators daily.
9. Fry, boil, roast, or steam meat, poultry and/or vegetables
10. Short-order cook, bake or butcher as needed
11. Prepare soups and gravies
12. Evaluate current season and make recomendations for following season
13. These are not the only duties to be performed.  Some duties may be reassigned and other duties may be assigned as required.

1. Desire and ability to work in a camp setting

2. Ability to relate well with others

3. Ability to accept supervision

4. Ability and expereince in cooking for large groups prefered

5. Ability and experience in preparing foods for special diets prefered

6. Be physically able to carry out prescribed duties as defined
