Qualifications: 3+ years of direct camp staff supervisory experiences as Assistant Head Counselor, Unit Leader, Head Counselor, or Department Head preferably at a residential camp. Proven experiences coordinating and managing a staff through a residential camp schedule is an asset. Exemplary problem-solving, communication, customer service, organizational and time management skills. Hands on experience with current trends in education, child and adolescent development.
Bachelor’s degree, those candidates with majors in education, community and youth development, social work, recreation or psychology are encouraged to apply.
