Chippewa Ranch Camp has a strong program that has been around for 60 years. We have campers from all over the U.S. and Mexico and staff from all over the world. We are focused around friendship building and the youth development of independence. We offer activities that range from an extensive waterfront, to a 50 foot climbing wall with 300 foot zipline, to horseback riding, arts and sports. We take staffing seriously and are looking for individuals with the safety, development and welfare of children as their number one priority. Being a camp counselor or staff member at Chippewa is not a holiday, but it is the hardest job you will ever love!
We are looking for a nurse who is interested in being a part of our staff team. We intend to hire two nurses who will work together to provide health-care to our campers and staff. Travel expenses are included, and lodging is provided in our newly renovated health center. There is an opportunity for nurses to participate in camp activities when they wish. Past nurses have found this to be an extremely rewarding job- it requires a lot of hard-work and flexibility, but with these qualities, it will be an amazing experience.
