Job Description
Camp Baco in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, is in search of an Outdoor Adventure/Hiking/Ropes counselor.  This job also includes being a Cabin Counselor as well as the Pioneering/Hiking specialty role.  The most important part of the job is keeping campers safe and active in our Pioneering/Hiking program.  Enthusiasm and a positive approach to working with campers and fellow staff members is expected and appreciated.  All certification courses will be offered during our staff orientation.
