Camp Horseshoe Head Chef Manager

Camp Horseshoe is seeking an experienced, energetic, flexible and fun Kitchen Manager. Responsibilities include ordering, planning, meal preparation and managing the food service for our camp of 300+ people. We have a well-equipped, modern kitchen and Kitchen Manager must be proficient in use of kitchen equipment. Applicant must have experience managing a kitchen, be hard working, have good people skill and be able to work in a fast paced environment. ServSafe certification required. Previous work in camp, schools, or other mass cooking environments a plus.
