* Provide the highest quality of food service.
* Maintain standards set forth by Cayuga, Dept of Health, CDC and ACA regarding food preparation, serving, and storage.
* Ensure meals are served in a clean healthy environment.
* Wear proper attire.
* Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and store properly.
* Clean and disinfect all areas after each use including counter tops, tables, beverage machines, and kitchen equipment (grills, fryolators, slicers, etc).
* Maintain cleanliness of dining hall, dishwashing room, and kitchen.
* Maintain storage rooms in an orderly fashion.
* Keep refrigerators and freezers clean & organized.
* Assist FSM with deliveries and restocking.
