Our Health Care Department is essential for the Camp to function. At each camp, we have two Health Care staff, an RN and a student nurse, EMT, or graduate nurse. We also have a Camp Doctor who lives at one of the camps and is present daily at each camp’s morning clinic. The basic responsibilities of our Health Care staff are to collect medications on arrival days, log the medications, set up the distribution system and ensure that meds are passed, complete all paperwork as needed, assist in basic first aid as needed, and correspond with parents.
