Job Description
MALE COUNSELORS FOR MALE CABINS & INSTRUCTORS: 
* We are seeking enthusiastic multi-talented individuals who can provide quality instruction on all levels of ability in two or more sports.
* Cayuga offers over 60 land & water sports daily. 
* Instruction is geared to the camper's individual skill level, and is patient and thorough with due regard for both safety and enjoyment.
* Instructors teach the basic fundamentals to beginners, and help advanced players sharpen their skills.
* We hire over 60 qualified instructors who have documented experience in their specialty area, as both a competitor/player as well as a teacher & coach.
* Instructors are trained, evaluated, and qualified by the Activity Director at camp prior to the campers’ arrival.

Job Requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reside in cabin with male campers.
* Seeking mature individuals with high moral character, who exhibit strong teaching skills, good leadership ability, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work hard.
* Provide top quality instruction at all skill levels.
* Ensure campers enjoy themselves and experience success.
* Maintain high-level safety standards.
* Care for and maintain the camp's activity equipment.
* Keep the program area clean, neat, and organized.
* Genuinely enjoy living & working with kids on a 24-hour basis.
* Possess a good sense of humor, and the ability to laugh!
* Enforce the principles & policies, as well as the objectives & philosophy of Camp Cayuga.
* Certifications in first-aid and CPR are preferred.
