Attention all outdoors enthusiasts! You have found the ideal place for a summer experience. Join our team and live on our picturesque 200 acre campus, with a 55 acre private lake. Our property includes a high and low ropes course, overnight camping areas, and real rock formations that we use for rock climbing.
Working with us at Camp North Star will change your life! Being a part of the Camp North Star staff means that you are part of something larger than yourself. Our campers will leave feeling great about themselves, more self-confident and more independent because of you. There is no better reward than at the end of the session when your camper is hugging you good-bye with tears in his or her eyes.
Our camp staff members are much more than employees. You are quickly swept up into the family tree of Camp North Star. Steven and Brooke, our Owners/Directors, along with their leadership team are there for you every step of the way. They are friends, mentors and your family for your time at camp.

Job Requirements
Camp North Star is currently interested in adding outstanding individuals to our TEAM who are committed to providing our campers with the best and safest experience possible.
We are looking for facilitators/instructors with experience and passion in ropes course, outdoor adventure, nature and outdoor education. Our campers participate in five, 1-hour classes that they choose in each week. Instructors have the time to teach new skills and refine existing talents in our classes.
