* Seeking fun, enthusiastic, mature adults to join Cayuga's senior staff team, which is comprised of multi-talented individuals who are typically parents with children, professional educators, guidance counselors, teachers, and/or coaches.  These individuals are our camp leaders, who set the tone for Cayuga's friendly & fun atmosphere, and are responsible for the key areas/departments of Cayuga's operation.

* This position requires high moral character, strong leadership & management skills, good teaching ability, an outgoing personality, and the ability to be organized & work hard.



* Free camp tuition for your children (Value $10,000 for 8 weeks).

Job Requirements
* Responsible for the care and safety of the campers & staff in your division.
* Be aware of parental concerns which have been communicated to the camp regarding each camper, such as: eating habits, dietary restrictions, special activity requests, medical issues, social inadequacies, etc.
* Assist the cabin counselors with camper homesickness, disciplinary issues, personality conflicts, etc.
* Ensure all cabins in your division are neat and clean.
* Ensure proper personal hygiene & health of each camper.
* Communicate with parents of campers who may be experiencing difficulties in camp.
* Ensure the morale of your staff members by monitoring them (sufficient rest, etc).
* Provide guidance to your counselors in their camp related responsibilities.
* Possess a good sense of humor, and the ability to laugh!
* Enforce the principles and policies as well as the objectives and philosophy of Camp Cayuga.
