TECH AND MARKETING COORDINATOR
RESPONSIBLE TO: Program Director
GENERAL RESPONSIBILTIES:
Prepare and execute the technical and marketing needs of camp. This includes live A/V production as well as graphic design for marketing and archival purposes.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take several photographs each day with the goal of uploading 25 high quality photos to social media highlighting each camper and program.
- Produce a weekly 1 minute video of camp highlighting key events and moments of the week to be shown at the end of the week. This includes Orientation and the end of summer Staff Video. The Staff Video will be 5-10 minutes long.
- Create and present at least 5 marketing campaigns to be produced by interviewing staff and campers and using other exciting media that encourages teens and young adults to work at camp.
- Manage and maintain all sound and lights in Fellowship Hall, Camper Theater, Chapel in the Trees, on the hill, and the traveling sound system including set up and tear down.
- Be knowledgeable of and adhere to appropriate video and picture capturing guidelines specifically in regard to minors and “orange band” policy.
- Report any losses or damage to equipment with necessary requisitions for needed replacements.
- Prepare an up-to-date inventory at the conclusion of the summer.
- Assist the Program Director with other camp programming as needed.
- Be a positive and productive member of the camp staff including social relationships and care of camp property.
- Assist with the clean-up of the total camp at the conclusion of the summer.
- Assist and share in other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
